ASR A1.7 (formerly BGR 232). These standards contain regulations regarding the setup of the system, as well as its inspection, testing, labeling, and commissioning. Automatic gate systems, door systems, and power-operated windows must be inspected at regular intervals according to these regulations\u2014always by a qualified expert.<\/p><p>Please note that, in addition to inspection, regular maintenance of power-operated doors and gates according to the manufacturer&#8217;s specifications is also necessary. Regular inspections are intended to ensure that the safety of employees or visitors is not compromised at any time and that automatic door systems, gates, and windows function properly. Immediately after installation and before the first operation, a qualified person must conduct the first mandatory inspection. It is therefore required to have power-operated doors, gates, or windows inspected for the first time before they are put into operation.<\/p><p>Additional mandatory inspections must be carried out at least once a year under normal use and environmental conditions.
