The following conditions must be met: The repairer guarantees and certifies to the operator that the load-bearing capacity of the rack is at least as good as when new. Upon request by authorities (such as trade supervisory boards or social accident insurance institutions), the repairer must provide proof of sufficient load-bearing capacity.
